All attorneys submitting court appointed attorney fee applications must be set up as vendors with the Clark County Auditor’s Office. To become a vendor, the Auditor’s Office requires a W-9 and OPERS form. The ACH Credits Form is optional if you desire automatic deposit into an account.
All forms MUST be submitted completely and accurately. If they are incomplete and do not have all documentation required, including the Financial Disclosure Form, the motion will be returned and still must adhere to the submission deadlines outlined in Local Rule 2.32.
Local Rule 2.32 Appointed Counsel Fees
- Reimbursement for appointed attorney representation in misdemeanor proceedings will be paid at the rate of SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($75.00) per hour for OUT-OF-COURT and IN-COURT representation.
- Appointed counsel shall submit a properly completed Fee Application and their final billing to the Municipal Court Administrator within forty-five (45) days following the sentencing of the Defendant. If the Fee Application and final billing is not received within forty-five (45) days, it will not be reimbursed.

The maximum fee per case permitted in misdemeanor cases in the CLark County Municipal Court is TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS ($2,000.00), Misdemeanor OVI/BAC cases is TWO THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($2,500.00), unless extraordinary fees are granted.

The maximum fee per case permitted in felony cases in the Clark County Municipal Court is TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00).
Transcript requests must be submitted in writing to the executive assistant of the court in which the proceeding took place. Please see the administrative entry below regarding transcript rates.
An audio disc of the proceeding is available at the rate of $0.70 per disc, but is not admissible in court as evidence.
For Criminal or Civil Court of Appeals actions, the appropriate form below must be completed and filed in the Clerk of Court’s Office.
